Reason for request:
Our client recently underwent an R&D reorganization, which significantly changed the support model.
Support responsibilities previously handled within R&D are now transitioning to the hiring manager's team.
The team is experiencing an increased workload and requires additional support during this transition period.
The contingent worker will help manage the elevated support demand while R&D processes are integrated into the team's standard operating model.
Expected need is approximately 12 months, though there may be potential for extension or future conversion opportunities if business needs continue (not guaranteed).
